Thank you for deciding to become a BCLA member. If every person in BC with lymphedema joined forces, what a difference we could make! The membership fees and donations we receive are currently our only financial support to maintain the Association.

As a Corporate Member, please use your business name and add a contact person's full name on the second line. Your newsletter and any other correspondence will go to the address and email address that you provide.

(B) INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP ($25.00 (CAD)) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal: no - One newsletter per quarter, either mailed or emailed (your preference)
- One vote at AGM or other meetings
- Discounts on BCLA sponsored events
- Opportunity to volunteer or be part of Board

(C) PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP ($50.00 (CAD)) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal: no - Receives 2 copies of newsletter per quarter by mail or may receive by email if preferred
- Business listing in newsletter & website
- May volunteer, but usually can not sit on Board
- Discounted BCLA-sponsored events

NOTE: We are allowing Professional or Corporate Members to sit on the Board, but we recognize for the future this will need to change in order to maintain an "arms length" distance for those who may profit from lymphedema.

(D) CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP ($100.00 (CAD)) Bundle (up to 5 members) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal: no - Receives 5 copies of newsletter per quarter by mail or may receive by email if preferred
- Business listing in newsletter & website
- One vote only
- May volunteer, but usually can not sit on Board
- Discounted BCLA-sponsored events
